OPS and OR Manager Magazine Partner To Host a Free Webinar

Wednesday, July 08, 2020

Operational Performance Solutions, Inc is pleased to announce its collaboration with OR Manager Publications to present a live complimentary webinar titled "Lean and Patient Safety: The Perfect Perioperative Partners". This webinar will take place on Wed. July 29th, 2020 at 12:00 EST.

Dr. Rachel Mandel, our Senior Healthcare Advisor, and Robert Klym, our Operations Manager, will discuss how Lean can not only help organizations address long-standing challenges in perioperative services but be positioned to respond more effectively to the pandemic. They will present methodologies, tool and techniques that have been successful in healthcare in the past. These approaches can be reproduced in any organization with the same success. It is important to note that hospitals and healthcare systems that adopted Lean practices were able to respond to the pandemic quickly, safely, and more effectively than many of their peers.
The presentation will be followed by an opportunity for the participants to ask questions. The webinar will be available for viewing on the OR Manager website after July 29th for an extended period. 1 CE credit will be available to participants who qualify.

OPS is planning other educational events for its clients and colleagues over the next six months to include additional webinars, podcasts, and the creation of new informative content. The goal of this work is to share our expertise and experience with those who are looking for support and information that will make their journey through these challenging times a little easier, safer, and productive. Stay tuned for notices of these events and activities.
