OPS Presents a Webinar in Collaboration with OR Manager Magazine

Rachel Mandel, MD, MHA and Robert Klym from OPS presented a webinar, hosted by OR Manager Magazine, on July 29, 2020. They discussed the benefits of Lean in perioperative services. Dr. Mandel is OPS' Senior Healthcare Advisor, and Robert is our Operations Manager. Attended by over 120 healthcare professionals, the webinar showcased how Lean tools and concepts can improve patient safety, staff satisfaction, and increase overall performance of perioperative services. Specific examples of opportunities for improvement were illustrated. The team also presented an in-depth Sterile Processing Department (SPD) engagement with its impressive outcomes and data.
