Organizations who have completed Lean projects with the OPS Team are doing an outstanding job of sustaining their gains in Lean Process Improvement. Read below about Lean sustainability at Carroll County Business & Employment Resource Center (BERC) following a Lean project with OPS:
“We continue to use the skills that you had taught us. We have taken a lot of our paperwork and condensed it, eliminated some that was redundant and edited to make it more efficient for the customer and staff also. This week some of us met to work on leaning our training approval process and also to try to go paperless with that process. We're still working on it.
Last year we registered more people in intensive services (upstairs) than ever before… As a matter of fact, we exited more dislocated workers with jobs than any other county/area in the State!”
